W l'ITALIA ai 50 world's best restaurants!

Sono 5 gli italiani classificati fra i 50 migliori ristoranti del mondo nella prestigiosa classifica World's Best Restaurants Awards 2010 di San Pellegrino. Massimo Bottura, dell'Osteria Francescana, fra i primi 10. Ma qualche perplessità aleggia nell'aria, visto che il giornalista Enzo Vizzari, ben cinque giorni prima, aveva vaticinato i nomi dei cinque italiani che sarebbero stati presenti in classifica. E non solo, perchè il direttore della Guide dell'Espresso aveva anche previsto che Carlo Cracco sarebbe uscito dai primi 50 e che la new entry sarebbe stato proprio Paolo Lopriore, creativo chef del Il Canto, uscito alla ribalta quest'anno per la confisca della stella Michelin. Altri dubbi ombreggiano questa classifica, però da un punto di vista forse più concettuale: è mai possibile che i nostri chef italiani siano soltanto 5? E mai possibile che i fratelli Alajmo (con lo chef Massimiliano più giovane 3 stelle Michelin del pianeta!) siano solamente ventesimi? E che l'Enoteca Pinchiorri di Annie Feolde e degli chef Riccardo Monco e Italo Bassi non rientri nemmeno tra i primi 50? Per non parlare di Gualtiero Marchesi, Carlo Cracco, Antonino Cannavacciuolo e tutti coloro che in questo momento stanno facendo grande la cucina italiana nel mondo. Con queste brevi e sfuggenti (soprattutto al Comitato di Giuria del World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards) considerazioni, ecco la classifica ufficiale, stilata ieri sera a Londra:
