On the occasion of the launch of the book "Aperitivo", a series of new events opens in the cities that have made the history of this great Italian ritual.
We start from one of the most iconic addresses of the Milan, the Birth place of Negroni Sbagliato, Bar Basso. The venue on Via Plinio, a protagonist of Italian mixology for almost a century, will host many chef and bartender friends for an unrepeatable evening.
Many professionals from Milan and beyond will tell the story of the Aperitif in all its facets with the unmissable Negroni Sbagliato from Bar Basso, with the open bar of the guest shifts from Rita Cocktail Bar, Mandarin Garden & The Doping Bar. The food proposals will be curated by Cesare Battisti, Philippe Léveillé**, Giancarlo Morelli* and Eugenio Roncoroni who, between finger food, canapés and divertissement, will bring to life the different souls of the Italian Aperitif, a true phenomenon of custom that intertwines culture and bon vivre.
This will only be the first chapter of a series of events dedicated to the most exhibited, chatted about and loved moment by Italians.
