International Exhibition of buffalo mozzarella Campana 2010

The International Exhibition of buffalo mozzarella Campana  and Mediterranea Food 2010, thanks to the success of its previous editions and to the echo through the media is an event recognized nationally and internationally. This year (from Thursday, April 29 to Sunday, May 2, 2010), in the wake of earlier, it aims to enhance and promote the buffalo mozzarella and an integrated structure of local products and cultural, environmental and tourism goods. Held in the archaeological area of Paestum, this event mixes the territoriality of traditional products from organic farming products from Campania DOP, DOC, IGP, DOCG, IGT, production companies participating in "Taste of Campania” and floriculture production at the cooking shows of the great Italian chefs.
