Paolo Marchi and Claudio Ceroni are presenting to ItaliaSquisita the first edition of Identità New York. From 12th to 14th of October 2010 New York had the pleasure to meet 11 great Italian chefs, hosted at Eataly by Oscar Farinetti with Identità New York, the American transfer of the famous event in Milan “Identità Golose”, organized by Paolo Marchi and Magenta Bureau of Claudio Ceroni. Three days of meetings, work, tastings, which led with great success the true Italian signature cuisine in New York.
