Wine and food in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Ein Prosit

Ein Prosit is a leading food and wine event in Friuli Venezia Giulia dedicated to autochthonous Italian and international wines. The event will take place in Malborghetto from Thursday 19th to Monday, 23rd November, 2009, and will see 150 wineries from Friuli Venezia Giulia, some Italian regions and Austria, Croatia and Slovenia. There will be  organized also tastings and workshops that will test matches between local cuisine and some local wines of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Several prestigious national and international chefs will then present their dishes combined with the great wines of the region.
