Vegetarian Cooking Festival

Sunday, September 19th, from 10 to 20 at the headquarters of Biolab Gorizia (via Montesanto 131/10, “Le casermette” area) will be held the Vegetarian Festival. A day dedicated to vegetarian food and the lifestyle that revolves around this choice. An occasion organized by Biolab, in collaboration with the Association VegAnima, with Ecor and the shops of organic food  Cuorebio NaturaSì, to get to know the whole world of vegetarianism, vegan from vegetarian food products, and find fresh natural recipes to experiment at home. Yet, because the meeting will not only be reserved for those who have chosen to exclude the meat or products derived from animals, but will be a party open to all the curious and those wishing to know more about this. Participants not only have the chance to eat vegetarian, but will be involved in activities in support of healthy reasons, ethical and environmental underlying the “veg philosophy”; they will also have the opportunity to participate in meetings with experts, doctors, writers and supporters of vegetarian culture, and taste, thanks to the various food stands, a hundred percent vegetarian menu, devised by the finest chefs for the occasion.All this takes place in a festive atmosphere, with games, entertainment and live music to expose the views of those who choose this lifestyle. festivalvegetariano@biolab-eu.com
