Trussardi Alla Scala Restaurant has "three forks"

Trussardi Alla Scala Restaurant has been recognized the only three forks among the restaurants in Milan by Gambero Rosso Guide 2011, presented to the press. The chef Andrea Berton received the award from the Mayor Letizia Moratti exceptionally speaking at the presentation of the guide. The Restaurant Guide of Milan by Gambero Rosso 2011 has awarded also the Quality and Courtesy prize to Café Trussardi in the category MangiarSempre, for providing excellence in the gastronomic proposal and in the service throughout the day.
