The Italian wine of 2010 summer from Collio Goriziano

Like Molamatta (great white Collio, standard-bearer of Marco Felluga) the Just Molamatta comes from a balanced blend of Pinot Blanc, Tocai Friulano, yellow Ribolla, but unlike the first - in which the Pinot Blanc is fermented in oak barrels - its juice is stored only in stainless steel. To tie the two wines, a game of references and echoes, and the same terroir, the marly hills of Collio Goriziano, that gives white wines an extraordinary minerality and freshness. Straw yellow color is fascinating in mouth and is immediately recognizable for its fruity taste and for its pleasure that well meets the needs of a young and modern public.
