December 8, 2002, Alain Ducasse in Paris paid homage to the great Italian cuisine by organizing a dinner for 200 people in his restaurant in Paris. Dinner was prepared by 5 young and promising Italian chefs carefully selected by the great master. A young man Gennaro Esposito prepared: Fuscella ricotta soup with red mullet, sea urchin and braised escarole.
