The "Baba" of Vittoria

Monday, November 16th, Paolo Barrale and Gennaro Esposito delighted us with a dinner at four hands at the restaurant Marennà. This time we want to celebrate the exquisite lightness of the Baba that at the end of dinner came to the table: a perfect balance of strength and sweetness; a hymn to the tradition that magically dispels the notion of the gentle desert. I do not like sweets in general but I would have eaten two of this baba.
