Signature cocktails at Chiostri di San Barnaba

Friday, 16th of July at the restaurant “I Chiostri di San Barnaba”, in Milan will be held a secial drink “The cocktail in the plate”
The fashion of cocktails has no intention to set down and now also teases the creative personalities of the chefs; the Italian city where was born the custom of aperitifs, and where it is still very popular, offers a very characteristic location for an evening in honor of the drinking mixed with the haute cuisine. On the evening of Friday, July 16th , at the restaurant “I Chiostri di San Barnaba” - whose bar has been awarded by Gambero Rosso in 2009 - Via San Barnaba 48, in downtown Milan, the innovative young chef Simon Iozzo comes to design a special menu where the protagonist is “The cocktail in the plate”. Iozzo's creativity will be supported by experience in the field of two managers Paola Francavilla and Massimo Morazzoni. We start with two famous appetizers, the Fried prawns with sauce Negroni (cocktail), the prince of drink mixed, and Tuna tartar with Margarita jelly. Following is the Tart of pearl barley with gazpacho with Bloody Mary Japan cocktail.  The gazpacho is a cold soup made from raw vegetables typical of warmer regions like Andalusia. For the second chef propose Walnut beef with few licorice liqueur and gin, along with tempura vegetables with juniper.
