Publisher Vallardi and Riccardo Lagorio show "Gourmet's Guide of the wonders of Italy" to discover food products and cuisine of Italy.
Publisher Vallardi published with author Riccardo Lagorio a very interesting guide book, a journey of discovery of food products and culinary specialties of Italy: "Gourmet’s Guide of the wonders of Italy." It is a guide to discover the true culinary tradition, their history and their place of origin: 600 recommended and described products, 700 places to visit, 400 addresses where to eat and 300 addresses where to sleep.
