The Sparkling Blanc de Noir Brut, from a particular Raboso grapes and Pinot Noir is a wine with high acidity and good flavor, which is produced by pressing softly the grapes grown in clay soil, followed by a first temperature-controlled fermentation and subsequent fermentation in autoclave for three months. Sauvignon delle Venezie, harmonious and balanced wine that comes from careful selection of grapes in the cellar of the highest quality, 100% Sauvignon Blanc, is suitable for matching with risotto and cheese.
