The autumn in Umbria goes green to celebrate with a great festival that lasts a month and a half, the new extra virgin olive of the land of San Francesco: from 30th of October to 8th of December 2010 returns "Open Oil-Mills" in Umbria, festival at its thirteenth edition. A sort of tasty race divided into six exciting weekends, from country to country and from oil-mill to oil-mill, lead to the discovery of one of the most delicious and famous extra virgin olive oils of Italy: the DOP Oil of Umbria. Through tastings, shows, concerts, exhibitions, literary meetings, artistic performances, in a pleasant mix of food, music, art and culture. "Open Oil-Mills" also reveals a good opportunity to discover Umbria through five routes designed to meet as many "subareas" of the DOP Oil of Umbria, Colli del Trasimeno, Colli Orvietani, Colli Amerini, Colli Assisi-Spoleto and Colli Martani.
