New opening "Save the date" of the restaurant La Siriola

Saturday, June 19th, 2010: “Save the date ", the inauguration of the new season Ciasa Salares, with many initiatives of the restaurant Siriola, led by Chef Claudio Melis
The Siriola restaurant in San Cassiano Alta Badia (Bz), takes its name from a fairy tale: magic nightingale of the Reigns of Fanes who with his singing was able to bewitch people, the restaurant of the hotel Ciasa Salares through the alchemy of food and wine, has the ambition to accomplish similar goals. Here the cuisine maintains strong roots in the tradition, respecting seasonality of raw materials. Chef Claudio Melis offers a truly unique menu, prepared and varied: from "Cod suprême a saltimbocca, winter melon and passion fruit" to " Veal cheek at low temperature in crust of morels", from the "Orvieto cinturello piggy of the “8” hours, almonds, potatoes and beer sauce" to the "Golden sweetbreads, shallots, capers and Roman broccoli. Saturday, June 19th, 2010 there will be the inauguration of the new season Ciasa Salares, completely renovated: the hotel now hosts 12 new suites and 13 new rooms. The numerous proposals for the summer 2010 don’t stop at the extension of the hotel, they are also touching everything revolves around the "culinary initiatives” of La Siriola:
