In seventh heaven at the Mirabelle Restaurant
At Mirabelle for a breathtaking landscape and the kitchen never granted of Giuseppe Sestito.
The Mirabelle, one of the best restaurants in Rome of high class and undisputed professionalism of Bruno Borghesi (manager since 2000), awarded with a Michelin star, has one of the most elegant "gourmet terraces" in Rome, at the seventh floor of the Hotel Splendide Royal. But it is not just for the enviable panorama of the capital, its domes and its never-ending story that customers reach the seventh floor of the hotel and sit in rooms decorated with Murano glass and paintings of the early twentieth century. The loyal customers of Mirabelle reserve 130 seats available - 40 on the terrace overlooking the Villa Borghese and Via Veneto – for the taste of a magical moment totally private. Of course the cuisine of Giuseppe Sestito, Executive Chef since 2001 with behind significant experience and with a book of international awards, has its merits. The most important is to leave room to natural tastes embark on innovative forays away from the Mediterranean and traditional cuisine that has always characterized the menu of Mirabelle. Proposals in its menu are classic but never granted: from the boned pigeon in pastry with truffle sauce to the steamed lobster with spinach, bacon and Parmesan flakes, from the duck Moulard in orange sauce to the creme brulee with pistachio and crispy wafer.
