The combination of ice cream's  chef and artist has created an explosion of taste. When two great masters such as Igor Macchia and Alberto Marchetti agree to cooperate and bring into play the ingenuity and creativity to a dish amazing things happen: on this occasion the traditional ice cream flavors and the haute cuisine marry for a delicate and surprising result. They created the first ice cream sandwich with Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham, perfect to be served at the restaurant, delicious to be tasted in an ice cream shop. It's appropriate to break down every barrier and forget the injunction bond-sweet ice cream to try this new culinary masterpiece, studied in every detail. In Igor Macchia recipe the ice cream created by Alberto Marchetti is a soft Parmesan cream lightly salted flavor that enhances the perception of ham and fits perfectly with soft white bread, mayonnaise and vegetables, candied hazelnut oil as at best traditions of the sandwich. Fresh and tasty, is the perfect aperitif for a tasty summer snack.
