Gourmet Arena at the Merano Wine Festival 2010

The Merano Wine Festival is not only the anthology of the best Italian and international wines, but also a wonderful opportunity to see a few feet away great Italian chefs at work. Molteni kitchens and star chefs to bring prestige to a kitchen really superb! The Gourmet Arena, a large tent in the middle of Piazza Terme, is the site of this culinary challenge and will be moderated by Sara Papa, cooking teacher and moderator of the Prova di cuoco on Rai 1, Lisa Casali and Tommaso Fara (authors of the book La cucina a impatto [quasi] zero) and Ilaria Mazzarotta (author of Due cuori e un fornello. Convivenza con cucina).
