Gastronomy Master: communicate the quality

On November 26th, 2010 starts in Bologna at Alma Graduate School the first Executive Master in Italian Food & Wine Management. This is a training course dedicated, for the first time in Italy, to professionals in a growing sector, with enormous potential on international markets. The goal is to exceed the characteristic features of fragmentation and lack of management skills, and work towards the strengthening of the business, internationalization and growth, combining the skills of general management with those specific of the sector of food. The course will be complemented by workshops led by outstanding witnesses and a business game dedicated to the sector. Particular attention will be given to the leading role of haute cuisine in local economic development and the internationalization of the entire food chain of high quality.
