From September 20th, "The Mondays" at the place of Aimo and Nadia continue

Monday, September 20, will be reopened the cycle of events "Mondays at the place of Aimo and Nadia ", with an evening titled "Lands and Seas. The land of Italy”. The event, organized in one of the most famous restaurants in Milan of haute cuisine - Il luogo di Aimo e Nadia - is one of the episodes of Land of Italy, a metaphor from which they start to tell the rich and varied food and wine culture of our country, a privileged vantage point of the extraordinary variety of places (“land and sea”) that our territory tells. Monday, September 20th at 20:00, Marco Pozzali, fine thinker and writer, a great connoisseur of Italian and international wine will accompany guests on a "place" spread throughout the peninsula: the mountain, captured through the wines from those places. For the occasion was designed a menu of wines aimed to exploit the character and history of the protagonists of the event. During the dinner, Erika Carretta, artist-designer, will propose an itinerary especially composed by pieces of theater, literature, art, poetry chosen to cross each other in a harmonic and contrapuntal theme of the evening. The menu will consist of the following mountain wines: Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle 2008 Cave de Vin Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle, Prima della Pioggia 2009 Pozzali, Val Venosta Pinot Bianco 2006 Falkenstein, Etna Rosso I Vigneri 2005 Foti, Ygum 1997 Dipoli.
