Forty years of Hausbrandt at Nervesa
Gourmet celebrations for the fortieth anniversary of the Hausbrandt at Nervesa della Battaglia (TV)
Friday, October 29th, 2010, Martino Zanetti, president of Hausbrandt, with over two hundred guests celebrated the fortieth anniversary of the industrial plant in Nervesa della Battaglia (TV). In a unique ambience, inside the great hall built for the occasion next to the plant, took place in the event characterized by an exceptional menu and guests, including Alessandro Scorsone, sommelier and professor at the Italian Association of Sommeliers Rome, Luigi Cremona, known wine journalist and the heads of Federalimentare.
From the appetizers to the desserts, refined combinations have been proposed that have as protagonist the Hausbrandt coffee in a unique variety of flavors, such as the "Delight of egg in coffee with potatoes and black truffle and crispy parmesan cheese" or "Risotto with pumpkin and scallops flavored with coffee "or the "Pieces of beef with coffee, curry, mint and fish eggs and pureed broccoli" to name a few.
Creator and author of several dishes, a famous personality of the kitchen, the chef Umberto Vezzoli, professional of great experience and creative of international renown, currently executive chef of the prestigious restaurant “La Piazzetta” of the Intercontinental De La Ville in Rome (www.lapiazzettadelaville.it). From the fancy Maitre Pâtissier Iginio Massari, founder of the prestigious Italian Academy of Master Pastry Chef and adviser of the renowned Relais Dessert, was created the celebratory cake “Pronta Energia”.
