From 6th to 8th of November 2010 will be held in Milan “Golosaria”: Hotel Melia Via Masaccio, will be meetings with the top 100 artisans of good things in Italy, but also the 100 best wines of Italy that Paolo Massobrio - author of The Golosario - and Marco Gatti - co-author with Massobrio of the GuidaCriticaGolosa of Lombardy – for the ninth year they selected proposing novelty compared to previous years, reflecting a widespread quality, in Lombardy as in all Italy.

Golosaria is comparison, as each day has a different theme. That of Saturdaay, which begins with the talk show "If beauty saves the world Now" and closes with the "But it's always so strange… to meet in Milan" is aimed to discerning consumers. Sunday's parade will see 80 samples of the various categories of Golosario and the award for the peasant winemaker Josko Gravner and the cook of the year, Nadia Santini Dal Pescatore of Canneto sull'Oglio. The day of Monday calls the people of the quality of Lombardy, with all of the above cited by the GuidaCriticaGolosa to Lombardy. For the occasion, Gualtiero Marchesi has offered the recipe of an ancient national dish, spaghetti alla Milanese, which will be made in the lounge area of the Lombardy Region, where every day will stage the most delicious dishes of the Lombardy provinces.
Finally, the Lifetime Achievement Award of the most important chef in the Milan area. After Aimo Moroni, Davide Oldani and Claudio Sadler the recognition this year went to Ezio Santin of the Osteria del Ponte of Cassinetta Lugagnano.
