Cinemadivino 2010: great films can be tasted in the cellar

What more original place could be to enjoy a good movie if not the basement? No one would dream of going alone in their own, but when it comes to stay with friends and eat typical products of their land, with a glass of wine in hand, the idea is tempting. On June 12th, 2010 start the cinema wine and food festival Cinemadivino around the Emilia Romagna region, bringing the movies directly in the cellars and wineries from the region. Following the success of recent seasons, the show start by confirming a growth trend with regard to audience participation, the number of wineries involved and the films on offer (from "La dolce vita " by Fellini to the sparkling "Soul Kitchen" by Fatih Akin). This year will be as many as 64 appointments on the program: a calendar that thickens on the evenings in Romagna and last a little more in Emilia. Are 5 provinces involved (Rimini, Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna, Bologna and Reggio Emilia) and 16 municipalities; more than 110 wineries are participating in the project and which individually or in association (like for the companies form the Menzione Geografica Aggiuntiva Marzeno) will host the "Caravan" Cinemadivino traveling throughout the summer. Cinemadivino is not simply a series of events on film or on the gastronomic heritage of the region that hosts it, but it is a mixture of everything in a festive atmosphere. So the original formula to watch a movie on the big screen, sipping wine and enjoying regional specialties, is a winning formula.
