At Acanto a menu of summer flavors

Throughout the month of July the restaurant Acanto of Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan celebrates quality food with a menu well-constructed on the flavors of summer, aiming on a typical product or on an 'elected' wine with signed creations by Chef Fabrizio Cadei, in addition to the traditional "a la carte menu”. A mix of sweetness of the land and delicacies from our waters.
The choice of good eating is a lifestyle and the restaurant Acanto Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan celebrates quality food with a menu well-constructed on the flavors of summer, aiming on a typical product or on an 'elected' wine with signed creations by Chef Fabrizio Cadei, in addition to the traditional "a la carte menu”. For the month of July, the chef mixes sweetness of the land and delicacies from our waters. The appetizer surprise the palate with a carpaccio of figs, mozzarella cheese, raw shrimp and bread carasau, while the first dish call back the taste of Southern Italy with home-cooked seafood and citrus salad (in the picture). For the second dish Cardei propose the freshness of a fried sea bream with salad of peaches marinated with mint, roasted almonds and spinach, while the sweet surprise for the contrast of a vacherin with raspberry ice cream and apricot ratatouille. To end, coffee and sweet cuddles in the best tradition of Acanto. The menu is available throughout the month at € 80 per person, excluding drinks. www.principedisavoia.com
