Bocuse D'or main office and city linked to the important figure of Luigi Veronelli, Bergamo has now become a stage for a major new project in the food area. The Academy of taste Ascom Bergamo opens the 2010/2011 academic year, with courses and workshops related to the culinary sphere. At the main office, in Osio Sotto - equipped with  practical classrooms, with kitchens with professional equipment, and classrooms devoted to wine tasting - there will be many lessons that touch the world of wine and cuisine.
