Success and satisfaction with the public with the skewers prepared by Marco Sacco's restaurant Piccolo Lago at "Restaurants under the Stars 2010", just ended. In the beautiful setting of Lake Pallanza along with many colleagues from the province, caterers, confectioners, ice cream sellers, and bakers in one summer evening, the chef Marco Sacco met and entertained many fans who appreciated the already high level reached in the culinary territory. Piccolo Lago has proposed a skewer, easy to eat standing up, as it must be a street food, prepared with five different types of meat, with 5 different marinades, finished with a sauce of coco and presented with an irreverent business card which said "no plate, no cutlery, that's cool." A great success at a major event, which aims to repeat itself in ways more suited to the demands of a curious public, greedy, but rightly attentive to the portfolio. Piccolo Lago will increasingly focus on the value for money to promote more and better food of the VCO.
