Publisher Vallardi and the gastronomic specialities

Publisher Vallardi published with author Riccardo Lagorio a very interesting guide book, a journey of discovery of food products and culinary specialties of Italy: "Gourmet’s Guide of the wonders of Italy." It is a guide to discover the true culinary tradition, their history and their place of origin: 600 recommended and described products, 700 places to visit, 400 addresses where to eat and 300 addresses where to sleep. From the frìsoli to the aiga de sitrùn, from the rasco to the cincionella: in this gourmet manula, the food products unknown are pulled out from oblivion and enriched by their own regional history. All specialties are presented with a story that recounts the origin and the meaning. Riccardo Lagorio deals now for fifteen years with food products and is a developer, along with Luigi Veronelli of the Denominazione Comunale (DE.CO).
