“Le Trifole” of Davide Curzietti is a company in San Marzano Oliveto (AT) - near Asti and Alba - who is born from the so noble fruit, which is the truffle. The shop offers a delicious range of quality products, made with truffles of different varieties and origins: Alba truffle, Norcia truffle and truffle of Acqualagna, black, white and that of summer or scorzone truffle. From the whole black truffle or the cream, to the olive oil flavored with white truffle, from the cream of white truffle and honey, the polenta, the rice and even the pasta with truffles. How to store the truffles? If the products, like those of the Le trifole are packaged without preservatives - to avoid altering the original taste of the truffle – have to be stored in the refrigerator, well covered by the oil in which they are immersed and consumed within a few days. As for fresh truffles instead it is better to wrap them in paper towels (changed every two days) and store them in glass jars and keep them closed at the bottom of the refrigerator. www.letrifole.com
