Dieta Gift: dinner with Luca and Attilio Speciani

The Dieta GIFT is a special diet that research health and wellness without sacrificing taste. Grani&Braci restaurant, pizzeria and steak house in Milan, propose a new round of meetings, from October 7th, 2010 to November 2nd, dedicated to Dieta GIFT, food setting that is found in all parts of the Group Ethos with the slogan "The chef promoter of health and welfare”. There will be three evenings with Luca Speciani outlining the philosophy of the Dieta GIFT with a focus on the topic planned for the evening. While in a meeting will look at food intolerances with Attilio Speciani. All meetings will be followed by a dinner menu dedicated to Dieta GIFT. The evenings will be dedicated to different topics of interest:

• Food and cellulite: diet and cellulite remedies (with Luca Speciani)
• Losing weight without counting calories (with Luca Speciani)
• Food intolerance: what it means today (with Attilio Speciani)
• Fluid retention: how important is the food (with Luca Speciani)

The experts: Luca Speciani, doctor of agricultural sciences and in the course of the second degree in medicine, is athletics technical and nutrition consultant for the Italian ultra-marathon national.
